I have retired from my orthopedic practice.  I am no longer seeing patients or providing any surgical services.  The office phone number (405-378-4472) will remain active for the short term and any message left will be forwarded to me.  I can also be reached through my e-mail address (dfoster@defostermd.com).  Once the phone number becomes inactive I can always be reached by e-mail.  The current fax number is 405-692-7064.
